High Performance Program in Adelaide, Australia
The R66T Academy High Performance Residential Program is designed to provide cricketers around the world with an opportunity to develop skills and develop character.
Led by High Performance Director, Shaun Seigert, Joe Root’s former coach, the residential program has been running for the last 16 years and has seen many high-level cricketers graduate from the program.

IMPROVE YOUR GAME
The High Performance Residential Program takes place in Adelaide, Australia between October and March each year.
The program is split into two 10-week seasons and is designed to first understand the player’s fundamentals and tactical skills.
Training will then focus on developing skills, physical, tactical and mental training to improve players all-round ability on the pitch.
DEVELOP YOUR CHARACTER
At the R66T Academy, our focus is also on developing players characters.
The nature of the program will see players living independently in Adelaide which in turn, develops young players to become young adults who make good decisions both on and off the pitch.

Structure The program is divided into two 10-week seasons as follows: Season 1: Early October to Late December Season 2: Early January to Mid March The Key Philosophies and structures remain the same to provide the right environment for player development. Players will be training Monday to Friday, with competitive cricket played on weekends alongside living independently. Travel to and from the training grounds is included.

-Complete The R66T Academy Level 3 Principles of Cricket Coaching Diploma, regulated by QUALIFI
What’s Included;
- Accommodation for 10 or 20 weeks in Adelaide
